The problem
The last mile of a project is the messy part.
You delivered great work. Then it scattered across a dozen links while the invoice sat unopened. Portalize turns that handoff into a single, calm page.
Before Portalize
- A .zip in a Google Drive link, buried in an email thread
- Clients can't preview anything without downloading it first
- The invoice is sent separately — then chased, then chased again
- Feedback scattered across email, Slack, and four DMs
With Portalize
- One branded link holds the entire delivery
- Every file renders in the browser, watermarked until paid
- Downloads unlock the moment you mark the invoice paid
- Feedback and approvals live in a single thread
How it works
From handoff to paid in three steps.
Upload & aggregate
Add files, code snippets, embeds, and live links — set the invoice amount. One page, a few minutes.
Drop files or paste a link
Share the link & PIN
Your client opens a single URL and enters a 4-digit PIN. Nothing to install.
Enter the 4-digit PIN
No account. No password.
Unlocked upon payment
Mark the invoice paid and downloads unlock. Watermarks drop the second payment clears.
Watermarks drop · downloads go live
Features
Everything a delivery needs, on one page.
No more chasing files, invoices, and feedback across five apps. It all lives behind one link.
Every file previews in-browser
Images, PDFs, Figma boards, video, and code — any deliverable renders right in the browser, so clients preview without downloading a thing.
Payment lock protection
Previews stay watermarked and downloads stay sealed until you mark the invoice paid.
Read receipts
Know the moment a client opens the portal and what they linger on.

From freelancers
The handoff, handled.
I stopped chasing invoices. My clients can't download the files until they pay — so they pay.
One link replaced a Drive folder, an email thread, and a Slack channel. Clients finally know where the work lives.
The watermarked preview is the best closing tool I own. They approve, I mark it paid, it's done.
